Implementation Steps:

Upload event photos, infographics, or B-roll footage to cloud storage (Google Drive or Dropbox).

Set share permissions to 'Anyone with the link can view'.

Paste the shared folder URL into the 'High-Res Media Link' field in Draft Studio.

The link is automatically appended to the journalist download section.
Editorial Tip: Provide at least two landscape photos (minimum 300 DPI) accompanied by descriptive caption text.
