Interface Demonstration: Workflow: Press Archive (Pencil Icon) → Draft Studio Inline Editor → Save Changes

Implementation Steps:

1

Go to 'Press Archive' from the left sidebar navigation.

2

Find the document you wish to revise, then click the Pencil icon (Edit) on the far right Actions column.

3

The system redirects you to Draft Studio with your existing draft pre-loaded.

4

Focus on the Right Panel: Click directly on the Headline, Dateline, Bullet Points, Body paragraphs, or Quotes to revise your text (this is your live inline editor).

5

Important Note on Left Panel: The left panel ('Raw Brief & Talking Points') contains your source notes; only click 'Update & Refine Release' if you want AI to re-generate the entire story from scratch.

6

After finalizing revisions in the right panel, immediately click the 'Save Changes' button on the top toolbar to preserve your updates permanently in Press Archive.

Editorial Tip: Always make sure to hit 'Save Changes' before navigating away so your in-line edits are successfully synced to your archive.
