11. How to check email delivery, bounces & read logs (Telemetry)
Track newsroom distribution results and monitor journalist open events in real time through live telemetry logs. Understanding Statuses: • Delivered: The release email has safely arrived in the media outlet's inbox server. • Read: The journalist has opened and read your release email (includes exact timestamp). • Refresh Button: Click the circular arrow icon in the top-right corner to fetch the latest read telemetry updates without reloading the entire page.

Interface Demonstration: Workflow: Click 'Broadcast Logs' on Top Toolbar → Inspect Real-Time Telemetry & Status Badges
Implementation Steps:
In Draft Studio, click the 'Broadcast Logs' button on the top-right toolbar (next to your plan status).
The system opens the Broadcast Logs window with your live campaign metrics summary (Total Campaigns, Outlets Reached, Reads, and Open Rate).
Select the release campaign title from the left sidebar ('Dispatched Press Releases') to see detailed delivery records.
Check Status Badges on the right panel: - 'Delivered' (Grey Badge): Means the email arrived in the newsroom inbox. - 'Read' (Green Badge with Timestamp): Confirms the journalist opened and reviewed your release.
To get the latest open tracking data, click the 'Refresh' button (the circular arrow icon on the top right next to Close '✕').
